Sure! 160PSI wide uses and fast. If using inflator for extended periods, it's recommended to stop in every 10 mins to cool down it.

Under what circumstances is the forced start feature used and how is it used?

Use force start feature in very bad weather or when car battery is completely dead. Press the "BOOST" button, and connect to start the car.
