What is the caffeine content in the Matcha?

We do not advertise the caffeine content on our Matcha products, as it can vary depending on the specific tea plant. Generally, Matcha contains about half the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, but this can differ slightly from plant to plant.

Is there any added flavor in the Sweetened Matcha Latte pods?

Yes, there is a vanilla sweetener added to enhance the taste of the latte.

Does the product contain any artificial coloring?

No, the vibrant green color in our pods comes from the Matcha itself, not from artificial coloring. Riboflavin, an ingredient of the creamer, is included for color of the creamer but does not contribute to the color of the Matcha.

Why is Matcha listed as the fourth ingredient and not the first?

Traditional sweetened Matcha lattes use a very small serving of Matcha compared to sugar. This order reflects the proportion of ingredients used in our recipe.

Is there any dairy present in the ingredients?

Sweetened Matcha Latte Pods do not include any dairy products. It contains Sodium Caseinate which is derived from milk and has the same halachic status as it, so we are required to include the OU Dairy certification on packaging.
