Will it work on sloped pool floors?

This K2 pool vacuum handles slopes up to 15°. If your pool has a steep transition (>15°) from the deep end to the shallow end, the robot may stay in the deeper area. It is ideal for flat-bottom above-ground and inground pools up to 860 sq.ft.

When I get the pool vacuum robot, may I just put it into the water or pool?

Before you put it into water, it is better to cover the charging plug with silicone plug cover. Or it is easy to rust. And better fully charge at the first time.

How should I maintain the filter?

After each use, remove the filter and rinse it clean with a hose. Our 150μm and 80μm dual precision filters prevent fine particles from re-entering the pool. Regular cleaning prevents blockages and ensures the filter continues to perform at its best.

Is it easy to retrieve and lift something out of the water?

When the battery runs low, it automatically returns to shore. You can use the included buoyancy ring to pull it back onto the shore. It can drain 85% of the water in a matter of seconds, becoming so light that anyone can easily lift it with one hand.

Can this K2 pool vacuum climb walls or steps?

No. The K2 is designed specifically for cleaning pool floors. For steps and walls, we recommend a handheld pool vacuum. While you handle those areas, the K2 takes care of the most time-consuming job—keeping the pool floor clean.
